Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Remote Solar Engineer to play a pivotal role in our client acquisition and project estimation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar engineering, combined with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, collaborating with our dynamic team to drive the success of our solar projects.


Generate inquiries and leads through proactive outreach and networking.
Conduct project estimations and prepare accurate quotes for clients, considering factors such as system design, materials, and labor costs.
Engage in negotiations with clients to secure project agreements and ensure optimal terms for all parties involved.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and execution upon order confirmation.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve our offerings and competitive positioning.

Diploma / bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
Proven experience in solar engineering, with a focus on project estimation and client negotiations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are needed to accurately assess project requirements and costs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a remote team environment.
Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies used in solar engineering and project management.
