  • We also encourage job seekers to upload resumes for free and then allow employers to access CV bank for free on website
  • So basically, we connect job seekers and companies but we are not ultimately responsible any exploitation.

 

 

Right to Use

The Sites is available only to individuals who are over 18 years of age and competent to agree to the Terms. You agree to abide by the Terms, and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations when using this Site. The Site is made available for use only by individuals searching for employment openings, or services or information related to their personal employment or job search (“Job Seekers”), by individuals and/or organizations seeking information related to hiring or human resources, seeking Job Seekers, or seeking to make available information regarding employment openings, on their behalf or other’s behalf, including but not limited to agencies purchasing for multiple parties and employment agencies (“Employers”), and by individuals and/or organizations seeking to participate in the DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC Publisher Program (“Publishers”). DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC may also act as an employment agency on behalf of Employers who purchase such services, through its affiliates.

Informal Dispute Resolution

In the event of any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms, the parties agree to use their reasonable efforts to settle any dispute, claim, or disagreement directly through consultation (“Informal Dispute Resolution”), and good faith negotiations shall be a condition to either party initiating a lawsuit or arbitration. DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC may reject, remove, or limit visibility to any User Content (as defined below), and DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC may disable any account or restrict your ability to use all or parts of the Site, for any or no reason without notice. Although DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC may indicate why User Content or an account has been removed or disabled, we cannot give every reason why User Content or an account may be removed. We always retain the right to remove any User Content or account if we feel it is in our interest or our Users’ interest.

Acceptable Use of Site

You acknowledge and agree that at all times in your use of the Sites you will: (a) comply with the Terms; (b) comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, statues, and ordinances; (c) keep secure, confidential, and comply with all international privacy laws and regulations applicable to any personal data you collect and use in connection with the Sites; (d) monitor and control all activity conducted through your account in connection with the Sites; (e) use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, disclosure of, or use of the Sites; and (f) notify us immediately of any such unauthorized use or access.

By using Career Services, you request and consent that DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC, or a DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC vendor, provide you with the service you select. You may only use Career Services for advice concerning your own resume, offer, or employment situation and not another person’s.  As a user of the Site, DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC may also, from time to time, provide you career or hiring guides via blog posts, email, or other channels as part of its services to you. For example, DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC may provide tips on improving your resume or how to use your resume effectively in the job application process, commonly asked interview questions, next steps after you have submitted an application, and how to prepare for a new job after you have been hired. DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC offers these Career Services as optional guidelines for its users and all liability with respect to actions taken or not taken based on the contents of such Career Services are hereby expressly disclaimed.

INDEMNITY

The User unilaterally agree to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions and/or demands and/or liabilities and/or losses and/or damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of https://www.careeremirates.ae/ or their breach of the terms.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

In no event shall Company or any parties, organizations or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damage to computer hardware or loss of data information or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Terms

This Addition represents the entire agreement between the Parties in relation to its subject matter and all previous representations, agreements and statements are hereby excluded.

For the avoidance of doubt and without prejudice to the rights of any data subjects thereunder, this Addendum and any Standard Contractual Clauses (or other data transfer agreements) that the Parties or their affiliates may enter into in connection with the Services provided pursuant to the Agreement will be considered part of the Agreement and the liability terms set forth in the Agreement will apply to all claims arising thereunder.

In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the terms of this Addendum and the terms of the Agreement, the terms of the Addendum shall prevail. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the terms of this Addendum and the terms of the Standard Contractual Clauses, the terms of the Standard Contractual Clauses shall prevail. All other terms and conditions within the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in all respects by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Intellectual Property

DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC owns or is the licensee to, all rights, titles, and interests in and to its website, including all rights under patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, and any and all other proprietary rights, including all applications, renewals, extensions, and restorations thereof. You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any site and you will not remove, obscure, or alter DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC‘ copyright notice, trademarks or other proprietary rights notices affixed to, contained within, or accessed in conjunction with or by any DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC web site.

Legal Disclaimer

DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC provides recruitment and job placement services to its customers, and other services pursuant to the express instructions of the client and makes no representations to the legality of the work performed, the conformance of the work performed with existing or future laws, the conformance of the work performed with existing or future regulations by any regulatory or governing body, or the like. It is the sole responsibility of the client and their legal counsel to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, trademarks, copyrights, or the like.

Audits and Inspections

Upon written request, DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC shall make available to You, information reasonably necessary to demonstrate DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC’s compliance with its obligations under this Addendum and Applicable Data Protection Law and shall submit to an audit or inspection (no more than once per annum) by You (or third party auditor validly appointed by You) in accordance with a process that is mutually agreed upon no less than 90 (ninety) days prior to commencement of the audit. The Parties agree that any such audit or inspection will be conducted during regular business hours, no longer than 4 (three) business days and will not unreasonably interfere with DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC’s business activities. You shall be solely responsible for determining whether the Services and DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC’s Security Measures as set forth in Appendix will meet your needs, including with respect to any Data Protection Laws.

Payment

You shall be charged in accordance with the pricing listed in a separate agreement or insertion order between you and DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC, and based on clicks, RSVPs, applies or impressions (distributed within your budget in DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC’s sole discretion) and platform fee, if applicable. DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC may offer a subscription payment option wherein you will be charged as indicated in the insertion order. RSVPs are defined as a user completing the online RSVP form agreeing to attend your Event featured in any Job Ad. However, an RSVP does not guarantee that a Job Seeker will attend such an Event. If your DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC employer account has a credit card on fee for the DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC Ads Program or any other Indeed service, we will charge that same credit card for your DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC Hiring Platform RSVPs, if applicable.

If you are located in the United Arab Emirates, you shall pay all applicable charges in the United Arab Emirates dirham. It also applies to other countries.

Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated in an Insertion Order or other agreement to advertise with DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC, you may independently cancel any Job Listing or Job Ad (and corresponding Event) at any time (such cancellation is generally effective within 24 hours). However, if you cancel an Event, DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC will still bill you in accordance with any pricing listed in a separate agreement or otherwise agreed upon by you and DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC, for RSVPs, clicks, applies or impressions accrued while the Job Ad for that Event was on the Site, and any platform fee, if applicable. DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC may reach out to Job Seekers to communicate your Event cancellation. DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC may immediately cancel the Program, any part thereof, or these Terms at any time upon notice. DESERVE HR SERVICES LLC may modify the Program or these Terms at any time without liability, and your use of the Program after notice that these Terms have changed indicates acceptance of the updated Term.
