As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Emirates, interacting with passengers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout their journey, from booking inquiries to post-travel assistance. Key duties include:

  • Assisting passengers with flight bookings, reservations, and inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Providing personalized assistance and guidance to passengers regarding travel policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Resolving customer concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with various departments such as reservations, sales, and operations to address customer needs effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and suggesting enhancements to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational requirements.
